You are financially responsible for your pet’s entire reservation & vacation stay without 7 days notice of cancelation.
A 7 Day Notice is required prior to boarding for cancellations as well as shortening your pets stay! Your credit card on file will be charged for cancelations without proper notice & no shows
We now have on site grooming! Licks and Love Dog Grooming has joined the Springbrook family. Please contact Nicole at 779-232-3464 for an appointment or let us know if you want your dog groomed during a boarding stay, we’d be happy to accommodate!

Check in Mon-Fri is 2-4pm. Check in Sat/Sun 9-11am. Check out 7 days/week is 9-11am.
Check out (M-F) 2-4pm will be charged $10 half day fee. Check in 9-11am (M-F) will be charged $10 half day fee.
Our Office is closed Saturday and Sunday afternoons. No exceptions. *Holidays closed to humans are New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
A Charge Will Apply For Dropping Off and Picking Up After Hours- *emergency only & prior authorization required.
A credit card is requested at time of reservation, regardless of the method of payment, for use in guaranteeing your
stay, and in the unlikely event that veterinary or other emergency services are required for your pet.
Vaccinations
Please provide written certification from your vet (2 weeks in advance of stay), that all of your pet’s vaccines are current.
